An artist since childhood, I have been fascinated by color, faces and natural forms. Taking every class in art I could find, I enjoyed oil painting in particular, and portraiture became my passion. Painting from life, or photographs if necessary, I love to bring out the personality of a someone 'from heart to art.' Painting outdoors in nature is exhilarating, a real joy and renewal of the soul.
